For coaches who already have a method and clients
Let them arrive having read you.
A book with your method, written in your voice, that has the first conversation for you.
The discovery call always starts the same way: they ask what you charge before they ask what you do. You have forty minutes to prove what you’ve spent years building, and on the other end there’s someone with three tabs open on coaches who charge half.
Your method exists. You explain it well, you’ve tested it with dozens of people, it has steps and names. But it lives in your head, in your sessions, and in a document you never finished.
When that method is in a book with your name on it, the conversation changes order. The person arrives having read you. They’re no longer comparing rates: they come to ask when it starts.
Against what
The enemy isn’t another coach. It’s the client who found you on a list and measures you by your rate.
What book comes out of your work
Three possible shapes, as examples, not templates:
- The method as a book: your stages, with the cases that prove them.
- The questions you ask: the conversations that change your clients, in order.
- Before and after: what you see repeat in the people who arrive and the people who finish.
The package that usually fits
Almost always Intelligent Author: you don’t write, you talk across ten interviews, and we write it in your words. If you already have a manuscript, Published Author. The Author Assessment tells you which.
Three questions
Does a book help if my work is one-on-one?
Yes. That’s exactly where it matters most: the person decides to trust you before the first session.
What if my method looks like other people’s?
Your cases don’t, and neither does the way you explain them. That’s why the book comes from your recorded voice, not from a template.
How much of my time does it take?
Ten hours of interviews and two rounds of review. We do the rest.
