DASHING Privacy Policy.
Dashing Media LLC, New Mexico, USA («DASHING,» «we,» «us»), operates dashing.media, dreamsmagnet.com and the publishing services described on the site. This policy explains what personal information we collect, where it comes from, why we use it, who we share it with, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Author Assessment information. Name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, city, your line of work, how you charge, what material you have, the time you can give, and what you want the book to bring you. You provide it through the form at /en/assessment.
- Call information. The time you book and your pre-call answers, handled in GoHighLevel. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation.
- Recordings and transcripts. If you sign up for a package that includes interviews, or for Chapter Zero, we record your interviews with your express consent, which we ask for in the agreement and again at the start of every recording. They’re personal information and unpublished material from your professional life. We treat them like a manuscript: encrypted, accessible only to your editor and the founder, and handed over to you or deleted when you ask.
- Payment information. When you pay through the link at /en/payment, Stripe processes your card and billing details. DASHING never sees or stores your card number.
- Author record. If you sign a service: package, editor, title, ISBN, publication date, baseline and six-month results. Private by default (section 7).
- Professionals we contact first. Section 2.
- Technical information. Light site analytics, only if you accept them (Cookie Policy).
We don’t collect Social Security numbers, government IDs or financial account numbers.
2. If we contacted you first
DASHING writes to professionals who already earn from what they know —consultants, coaches, physicians, attorneys, speakers— to offer a service related to their professional work.
- What we use: name, title or profession, company or practice, city, and professional email and profile.
- Where it comes from: public professional sources, such as your LinkedIn profile or your company’s website, or commercial business-data providers. The specific source is recorded on your file, and we’ll tell you if you ask.
- Why: only to contact you about DASHING. We don’t sell this information or use it for anything else, and we send no more than four emails without a reply.
- One person, one brand: we compare our lists with those of other brands in the same business group only so that nobody receives offers from two of them.
- How to make us stop: reply «no» to any email. We stop the same day and keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never contact you again.
- How long we keep it: if you don’t reply, twelve months from our last email, then it’s deleted, except for the suppression list.
If you’re in New Zealand, this section and the short notice in our emails are how we let you know about information collected from a source other than you, as Information Privacy Principle 3A requires.
3. How we use it
- To prepare and hold your Author Assessment and call.
- To write your manuscript or your Chapter Zero from your recorded interviews, if you sign up.
- To prepare your keynote, if you sign up for Book + Keynote.
- To send confirmations, reminders, your proposal, payment links and weekly updates.
- To publish your book on Amazon KDP and IngramSpark, in accounts in your name.
- To measure, with you, what the book brought you at six months, for your own record.
- To meet Amazon’s and IngramSpark’s AI-content disclosure rules, through your book’s process record.
- Billing and accounting.
4. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the providers that make the service possible:
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) | Forms, scheduling, contact management, service emails and messages | What you give in the assessment and call, and message history |
| Instantly | Sends our outreach email | Name, email, profession and company of the professionals we contact |
| Google Workspace | Company email and file storage | Emails, recordings, transcripts, manuscripts |
| TurboScribe | Transcribes interviews | Recordings and transcripts. TurboScribe states it doesn’t train models on files or transcripts; files are encrypted and stored in the United States. |
| Claude (Anthropic) | Organizes transcripts and assists drafting | Transcripts and drafts, with model-training use turned off on the account. |
| Stripe | Processes payments | Card and billing details. DASHING doesn’t store them. |
| WhatsApp Business (Meta) | Confirmations and reminders | Your number and those messages |
| Amazon KDP · IngramSpark | Publication and distribution | Book metadata, in your account |
| Your responsible editor | Interviews, writing, review | Recordings, transcripts, manuscript |
We may disclose information if required by law or a competent authority, or to protect the rights or safety of DASHING, an author or others.
5. Where it’s processed
DASHING operates from the United States. If you’re in Australia, New Zealand or elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States and in the countries where the providers above operate. Laws there may differ from your own; we apply the protections in this policy wherever your information is.
6. How long we keep it
- Assessment with no signed package: twelve months, then deleted.
- Recordings and transcripts: for the project and up to six months after publication, unless you ask us to hand them over or delete them sooner.
- Author record and six-month results: for as long as the relationship lasts and accounting and the law require.
- Outreach: section 2.
7. Your author record is private
If you sign a service, we create an internal record with your package, editor, book and six-month results. It’s private by default: it isn’t published, isn’t used in marketing, and doesn’t leave your editor and the founder. Any use of your case, anonymous or named, requires your written, dated and specific permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a readable format, or stop using it for a purpose, including outreach.
- California. You can review and request changes to your information as described above. We’ll tell you about material changes to this policy by updating the effective date and, for active projects, by email. Information about Do Not Track is in section 9.
- Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you’re not satisfied with our answer to a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

9. Cookies and Do Not Track
Analytics run only after you accept them in the cookie notice. Our site doesn’t change its behavior in response to browser «Do Not Track» signals; you control analytics through the cookie notice instead. Details in the Cookie Policy.
10. Security
We use access controls, and encryption in transit and at rest where the tool allows, and we limit access to the people who need your information to serve you. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we’ll notify you as the applicable law requires.
11. Children
DASHING isn’t directed to anyone under 18 and doesn’t knowingly collect their information.
